Kyocera ECOSYS M5526cdn

with Opensuse Leap 42.2, the supplied PPD does not work:

• Duplex test page works -> printer and communication is ok
• Printing from applications like Gimp does not work

Error message

in the printer is 'loadFile failed: temp file: not a PDF file'

• Download the ppd file from Kyocera

• Select this PPD for the printer in Yast
