Pulse Audio Volume Reset Fix

edit the file:

/usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/analog-output.conf

change this:

[Element Speaker]
switch = mute
volume = off

to this:

[Element Speaker]
switch = mute
volume = merge
